On a personal note, it is important for me to nurture my creative free spirit. And in my spare time, I will step away from my screen and keyboard to pull out art supplies and a blank canvas to paint landscapes, still life and portraits. I recently took several soft pastels classes taught by Ann Dodys at Madison-Morgan Cultural Center. This experience launched the perfect art medium to explore with its abundance of vibrant colors and texture papers. Here are a few of my latest paintings.
